What is needed

 

  • A fine to be set in place for deception to an FOC case worker to help limit or put an end to the current policy for a free easement for deception and subsequent enforcement of it on to other unsuspecting family members.
  • Implementing a “fine” to be set for lying to a case worker so they can have the proper foundation and support or “safety factors” in place to help wounded families with mental health struggles going through a divorce.
  • To assist the FOC case workers in doing their job for determining proper parenting time and child support payments founded on truth not deception.
  • Stopping deception and abuse against families.
  • Stopping the abuse caused by malicious parent syndrome against children

  • Stopping the FOC from perpetuating or being an accomplice to “parental alienation” and the deception that is needed to accomplish it which is tied to individuals with mental health issues! It is a crime in civil court.
  • Stop FOC caseworkers from becoming weapons and the perpetuation of deception and mental illness from the absence of sound mind on to children!
  • Stop the manipulation of those struggling with mental illness that are facing a divorce!
  • Perjury is not an acceptable measure of punishment after a devastating divorce for one struggling with mental health issues where assistance was needed at the start.
  • Help stop the exploitation of children!
  • Help stop the permitted deception and as a minimum demand the truth from parents going through a divorce suffering from mental health issues for a peaceful transition for the children and sound mind!
  • Help stop the FOC from Circumventing the law and the Lawyer’s pledge and oath to the truth.
  • Help stop the violation of the constitutional rights of others at the hands of mental illness and deception.
  • Help stop struggling parents from any false statements or brutally deceptive malevolence to the FOC (and lawyers or judges) that are in pursuit of truth, honor and sound mind.
  • Help the FOC be a true: “Friend of the Court”
  • Help the FOC to provide the foundation for The “best interest of a child” which is the truth, not permitted deception from desperate struggling parents in need of assistance causing unnecessary conflict and grief for all.
  • Stop the current FOC enforcement policies founded on permitted deception without consequence.
