In many cases divorce is caused by wounded individuals struggling with instability in their lives caused by:

• Mental Health Issues
• Medical Issues
• Financial Issues
• Infidelity
• Substance Abuse/Alcohol Abuse
• Domestic Violence (verbal, physical or emotional)
• Conflict, arguing, irretrievable breakdown in the relationship
• Lack of Commitment
• Lack of Family Support
• Lack of Communication
• Loss of identity

No government agency should enforce orders from anyone let alone one who is in an unstable situation that can adversely affect others (let alone Children) without demanding the truth or a fine for its enforcement. It is highly neglectful and constitutionally abusive.

People and families faced with these struggles are highly compromised and vulnerable due to physical, environmental, or emotional events and are in need of help and stability and should not be manipulated. A fine for deception must be set in place.

These mental health conditions can cause one under stressful circumstances, such as a divorce, to be a potential danger to themselves or others by their choices being in a compromised state of mind and are in need of the principles of sound mind or truth, not conditions that support deception and the terms for enforcement without a fine for deception.

All families wounded and suffering and are headed for divorce are in great need of help or assistance since they are in danger or prone to deception or mendacious communications due to the absence of sound mind and the instability of thought or wants to their own detriment or the detriment of other family members.

Families subject to divorce are suffering extensively and are in great need of guidance and the truth or sound mind and assistance for it, not the threat or perpetuation of deception and increased conflict with the abusive enforcement of deception by a FOC social worker.
